In Aperture you can add a B&W adjustment and adjust the RGB values (see attached photo). Is this possible to do in Lightroom? I use Lightroom mostly and I've searched for a way to do it but can't find how to do it.

You just want the RGB sliders? Lightroom covers a wider range of colours under the 'grayscale' tab.

Yes that's right, but was wondering if there's any way of replicating the same effect in Lightroom. I'll play around with the Red, Green and Blue sliders in LR to see if I can get the same effect.
I was reading an eBook on a Street Photographer and he said he processes his images in Aperture using 33% in each RGB slider. I like his stuff and was hoping there was a similar way of doing it LR.

Ah, not sure what that does, what effect it has on the image.... but if you switch to B&W in the HSL/Color/B&W tab can then adjust the (RGB) curves.

Very easy in Lightroom, with even more control.

Tested it out in LR, changing the Red, Green and Blue sliders to +33 and compared it to the Aperture version and it was the same.

    Thanks for the advice :)
