Thus far, John Cena, Big Show, Chris Jericho and Kane are the only competitors announced for the contest, but we’d be surprised if a former champion or two didn’t rear his head from an unexpected location and throw his hat (so to speak) into the mix.

Hopefully they're some good names added to the Raw MITB, because even with Jericho it's a pretty poor line-up.

What other former WWE champions are there anyway? Even in terms of wrestlers inactive I don't think there's that many.

Mysterio and Miz could be good additions to the MITB match. At least it would make it 6 competitors instead of 4.

Would be cool id there was a mystery opponent to enter the match on the night.....IF YA SMEEEEELLLLLLLL......................:p

Was Big Show. He broke the bottom rung when he stepped on it, so had to get the stronger ladder.

Curiously though, in the next MITB match that night, Mark Henry with Evan Bourne on his back climbed the ladder no problem.
