reducing carbs in my diet

    Hi all,

    Just looking for a bit of advice. I want to start limiting carbs in my diet as I feel very bloated and sluggish after eating them. The problem is and i know it sounds stupid but what do I eat when i'm hungry? I always come home from work ravenous and look for pasta, rice, noodles to fill up I suppose.
    I have a bowl of porridge every morning and generally a sandwich or pasta salad for lunch so im a bit of a carb lover I suppose. I don't want/need to lose weight but i just don't want that bloated feeling every evening.
    Is it just a matter of snacking through the day? Im a bit clueless really, any advice appreciated!
