    Hi folks.
Just wondeing if anyone can help me with a problem Im having with oovoo?

Ive had it for years with no problems but they had an upgrade a few weeks ago and thats when my problems started.

Suddenly I was unable to unblock contacts and it started logging me out for no reason.
Today I had the brainwave to uninstall the programme and reinstall.
I uninstalled it and started to install but when it had nearly done it my something happened and a blue screen came up and disappeared before I could read it.
I restarted it and once I got logged on again a message came up to say my system had recovered from a serious error.
I then wnt through the process of downloading oovoo again and it seemed to work but its saus it has downloaded successfully but there is no icon anywhere and its not in my programmes!!
can anyone offer any help please?
    Thanks

If you have downloaded it, then it should be in the downloads folder in documents folder, you'll have to run the program from there to install it.

If its not in your download folder then its in a folder that you last downloaded something to. Could be anywhere.

Do a search and see what comes up.
