I've been running on and off for the last few years. I do have issues with my achilies when I run too fast, so recently I've slowed my pace down and it has helped immensely.

Been slacking for the past week or so, but started back into it again tonight.
    Workout is here: http://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/108456653
This is a 3.13 mi Run in Nashua, NH. The Run has a total ascent of 85.3 ft and has a maximum elevation of 249.34, completed in 28 minutes flat.

Found it very easy going, felt as if I could have ran twice this distance and still not be out of breath.

Hopefully I'll repeat this tomorrow, and if not go further.

I didn't go running the past couple of days as I was kayaking instead.

    Here's the latest workout: http://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/109311457

This is a 4.69 mi Run in Nashua, NH. The Run has a total ascent of 85.3 ft and has a maximum elevation of 226.38 ft, completed in 53 minutes and 29 seconds.

This wasn't a particularly long run but in 79F it was pretty difficult. I'm sure if I added a mile or two I would have gotten heat stroke, got a bit light headed towards the end.

    Distance: 3.7miles, Duration 40:52, Avg Pace 11:02, kCal 451.

I really shouldn't have went running first thing without hydrating much. That was way harder than it should have been. I also just ran 13 hours before I started.

Haven't done much in a while.

Just joined Gold's Gym with my wife today. I'll be doing the boxing classes (3 per week) and long running, spinning and other workouts.

I'll post the progress here. Excited!

First session with a personal trainer tonight. Complete body work out. I can't even remember what we did but he has it written down so I'll add it here when I get it. Lots of kettlebells, squats, push ups, triceps work.

Slacking with the running lately in favour of working out at the gym.

Completed the following workout today: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/hrt-animal-hellraiser-trainer-hell-workout-1.html

    Unreal.
