    Just spotted today - extension of Swan Cinema Planning (3/06/2012) Ref no. 2717/12. 5 new auditoriums (8 in total). Bit overwhelming front elevation IMHO, will see how they do.

    Hardly seems necessary really, place doesn't seem to be doing that well.

    They want to turn the AIB bank into a Restaurant.

    The whole thing seems a bit ambitious at the moment.
