    Dont know if this is the correct forum.

    Their was a previous thread on them but has expired.

    Any news / reviews on this company?

    They have an offer up on groupon - attic ladder and 100ft flooring for 300. http://www.southeastdevelopment.ie/

    Can find much on them, other than website.

    Hi, I bought this deal on Saturday, been trying to get them on the phone with no joy, emails are also bouncing back saying no domain address, not looking to good at the moment, did you buy it in the end.

    Hi i was wondering did u get ur money back or did he do the job? my sister bought it in sep off Groupon City Deal he made that many excuses after leaving a huge hole in the ceiling for a few weeks he finally came back fitted the hatch door and the ladder buggered off never told her he was going when she eventually got the door open and when she checked the there was no flooring done botom line is he done a runner :(

    Yes, eventually got the job done, a month after he originally started the work, saying it was going to cost us an extra €150, when he arrived he asked us if we'd like a quote to get the attic converted, my wife nearly went through him for a short cut, nearly felt sorry for the poor man. When he wAs leaving he left enough packs of flooring to finish the attic, & 2 months later is still hasn't cashed the cheque, but my wife did put a date for next year on the cheque, you don't cross my wife, hope your sister gets it sorted.

    I rang groupon yesterday i am waiting for a reply the girl said she would investigate more but she told me he cashed the voucher in sept im not sure hw he done that as she had no work done by him at that stage i will keep u posted when i get a reply from them

    Not sure if this helps but the companies location:
    26 Cloonmore Park,
    Jobstown,
    Tallaght,
    Co. Dublin


    Also the price of €402.12 for either a ladder or 100ft of flooring seems very specific :S you'd think it would be left at €400.

    I searched around for the ladder the company are supplying and found BNQ uk sell the kit for £90 so give or take €120ish. €280 seems like a LOVELY bit of profit to make for 2-3 hours (MAX) work.


    (Sources carpenter for years).
