Unless its an article from Dan John, Jim
Wendler or people like Dave Tate or John Meadows, I don't even bother.

I love sh1t like this. Definitely gonna try the rotational deadlift. I used to get some looks doing shovel deadlifts in Total Fitness.

I agreed to never mention how you couldn't do them with one 5kg plate on the end.

    harsh words.
I read them all. How would you know a new guy wasn't any good if you didn't read them
except shugart , he is just an arrogant cock. I learned to my cost he is best avoided.

I like nate miyaki for his diet stuff , he listed the nutrients in horse meat a few weeks back which made me think "hmmmm horse steak"

I also like reading Tim Henriques but I never do his stuff.

It's like reading politics , read them all even if you don't agree cos they're just ideas.

    - although I do rate the guys you listed

    Jumped the shark??

KoK - if it's someone I've never heard of before, I'll skim it and if I think it's ok, I'll read it properly.

There are an awful lot of filler articles on t-nation

Are Thibaudeau and Cressey still knocking around there? I've a lot of time for those dudes.
