    Evening all.

So I recently picked up a display model of the above system. Not a bad little unit for €70 - FM/AM, DAB, Audio In, CD and an iPod dock with a remote control.

The problem is the AM/FM loop antenna doesn't fit. It is just 2 wires but it needs a 3-prong connector it seems. Rang the shop but no joy.

See here (marked A in the Getting Started diagram): http://pdf.crse.com/manuals/4131630151.pdf

I have the same antenna as shown - it's just the connector I'm missing.
Had a look online but no joy. Would somewhere like Maplin do it do you think or are these a standard fitting that I could use another one altogether?

    Any suggestions appreciated.

They've obviously given you the wrong antenna unit for the stereo ! I presume it came with a warranty so go back and tell them you want the one that should be in the box. It's probably still in the store somewhere. Failing that you could just try to wire in the FM antenna to the connector.

If you bought it as is then I'm not sure what next, EBay perhaps ? Or Sony themselves.

    Ken
