Body for Life ?

    Hi all, im new to boards.ie just looking for some infor on Body for Life if anyone has tried it. Im currently joined educo gym so i am weight training but in 3 weeks time ill be finished my time in educo and will be starting with a personal trainer so was thinking then would be a good time to start. Im in Cork so wondering does anyone know where i can buy the body for life bars and protein shake. Thanks

    Hows the rest of your diet? If you think eating protein bars ,shakes & other supplements will make up for a crap diet then you need to rethink your approach. If you're using them to supplement an already good diet you're in a better area, I'd still avoid bars as MOST of them have additives & preservatives & other crap to hold them together!Far better ways to get protein in your diet! If you're going to a personal trainer would you not get diet advice from them? I have no idea where you'd get the bars, I'm just typing for the sake of it! :)

    Wow haven't heard about that in 10 years.

    Things have moved on quite a bit since then. Keep up the training and you don't need any of the supplements they advocate
