Hi

I am about to move into a house which is managed by an agent. The last 2 houses that I rented I dealt directly with the landlords so I'm not sure how the process works. I'm going to be moving in next Friday but I just want to make sure that everything is clean, things that I asked to be fixed have been fixed etc so I am wondering would an agent meet me a few days before I moved in to check all of this as I don't want to get there on Friday and not like the house.

Also as I will be in the house for only 3 weeks in July would I be be paying for 3 weeks or 4 weeks rent in July.

Any advice would be appreciated
