What type of data?
You can get a gmail account and sync contacts and calendar info to gmail from your bb then back to an iPhone.

For photo's, files and folders you can use dropbox or sugarsync by copying them off the blackberry while connnected to a PC/MAC and uploading them to cloud then downloading to iPhone.
