Winding Down

    It's like after drinking alcohol I get this too the day after.
    But lately I've been getting it on days going to the gym.
    I'm not even going particularly late or anything.
    Even now I feel like I have so much energy I won't sleep for hours.
    I have a few packs of sleeping pills but I try not to use them.
    Anyone got any good ways of winding down if this happens to you?

    fresh air Teddy, and loads of it, go out and the coast and go for a long walk (get up at 7am and walk from Howth to Dun Laoghaire, have a few beers and then you'll sleep

    if i get "in my head" about not sleeping ill never ever sleep.

    i just get more n more pissed off i cant sleep.

    If I cant sleep now I say to myself, its ok ill just lie here, sure a rest is as good as a sleep. Not getting pissed off about it means I fall asleep 9/10
