A career in politics has always interested me. What would be the best degree for me to have?

Speaking as someone who hasn't done a politics degree but is interested there are a few which am I sure you are already aware of. Politics as part of Arts in UCD, International Relations in DCU and Politics in NUI Maynooth. Thread carefully tho and think hard about it. A politics degree and a job in politics as an adviser or something are very thin job categories. I know a guy with a politics degree that 7 years later can't get a job out of it.

It's about who you know, doesn't really matter what degree you have
