Gaming PC build

Hi folks,
I am looking at a new build and cant decide between an 8 core AMD or an Intel quad core. The dabs kits I have looked at are

They are both around the same price , the only question is which is better. Any helpful input is appreciated. Tia John

what graphics card are you planing to run? And what resolution monitor?

Intel by far is the better option.

From reading a tonne of reviews and from advice from the guys on here I'd be inclined to go with the Intel I5 3570K. (Please be right.)

I already have a 6870 and my monitor is a 23" set to 1680x1050. Its fine on BF3
....no lag.
