My washing machine, Hotpoint Aquarius, has been giving me problems over the past few days. First it wouldnt drain, I checked the drain pipe and thought I had resolved that issue, but since that it is now totally stopping mid cycle. Does anyone have any ideas what I should be looking at to resolve this?

    Cheers.

Did you clean out the filter?

Sounds like a sock or something stuck between the drum and drain pipe. Happens me a lot with baby socks:mad:

it should drain a few times mid cycle, sounds like your pump is either bucked or you have a blockage.
