free to air on sky plus box

    dont know if this is in right forum.im trying to us a sky plus box to view the fta channels.my problem is when i run a cable from lnb on dish to the box it says there is no signal being recieved.i have 2 sky connections currently running on the same lnb with no probs,they are full sky packages.is there something i have to do with the box in order for it to work.all connections and cable are fine.thanks in advance for help.:confused:

    Is the +box working on the other 2 connections?

    If so there is a problem with ether the f connectors or cable
