Saorview signal query

I currently have a new aerial and a 2 yr old tv (which isn't Saorview approved) and an MVision HD200 Combo box. All my UK freeview stations work perfectly all the time. There is a signal issue with the Irish stations at certain times, sometimes for days on end, then it comes back again. I have access to Rte 1, rte 2 HD, rte1+1, tv3, tg4 and rte news now. The signal doesn't depend on weather. Can this be something to do with the amount of signal the Mount Leinster transmitter is currently sending? Does anyone else have the same issue? Do you think the signal will get better on Oct 24th? Whenever I switch back to using a very old attic aerial using the brown cable I get the analogue signal for rte1, rte2, tv3 and tg4.

So you get the UK channels using a dish? Do you know if you're in an area where they're available using an aerial?

Mt. Leinster Saorview is currently sharing a channel with a Welsh transmitter (Preseli) & this situation will cause problems in some areas until October, when Mt. L. will use the current analogue frequencies for Saorview.

Yes, I get the UK stations using a satellite dish. They are always perfect. Hopefully the issue will be resolved in Oct if the frequency issues with Wales are resolved.
