Polish Vat Refund Claim

Hi, Jus wondering does anyone know if the deadline for claiming back VAT paid on Polish invoices is 30th September (via ROS Evr)? I know it is 30th Septwmber in many of the EU states. I haven't had much luck in contacting Polish vat authorities Thanks D .
