Secondly, i have had a long thought about this over the last couple of days. I have said that it was extremely harsh to see EE being replaced, it did not need to reach that stage as the man had made alternate arrangements to draft and said he was taking part this year. Even so that decision could have been reversed as barely a day had elapsed between new owner announcing himself and EE's new plans had been arranged. But the decision has been made and the league moves forward

It will move forward without me. It makes me sick to my stomach to leave this league as over the last 8 years i have gone from winner to seeing my team being useless and now i have it back to competitive again (hopefully) But i cannot stand by a decision to remove a long time Boards member for a non Boards member in a BOARDS league so basically i am done

Thanks for a smooth and eventful draft period. Firstly I'll address the issue with EE. I was hasty in my decision to remove his team from him. I auto drafted two rounds and hadn't heard anythng and did what i thought was best for the league. I apologise for it, I was in the wrong. I've spoken to some league members privately, they've advised of their disappointment at my actions and I accept that. They've also said they would continue on, so let's leave the past where it is and move on. I can't undo what's happened and would like to now move on with this league.

If you could start creating space on your rosters I'll start sending out rookies this weekend and we can have a round of free agency before the season starts. I'm going to boost rosters by two slots this season to allow for anyone who has players that are not playing for covid and would like to retain the players in question. I don't think they can go to IR and its unfair to limit your rosters in such a way. If you've already dropped someone for that reason and would like them reinstated, please drop me a mail through the ESPN app and I'll arrange it for you.

Looking forward to a great season. Let's all try and get interacting together and start enjoying this league a bit more. A bit of on thread talk and back and forth would be good.

Hi all,

Thanks for your patience and understanding. I have sent out the draft class for 2020 to everyone. You should all now have your rookie picks. If there's any issues with your teams, please could you let me know ASAP. There were a few teams with no keepers selected so I kept everyone on your rosters.

Waiver wire is set to run on wednesday allowing everyone some time to improve or bolster their rosters. I will revert settings to Monday next week. Its unfair to have it run today and people not having time to look at it.

No we got extra IR spots for Covid related issues. If a team goes down you could lose multiple players, so it just gives people more leeway.

Hi all. Can I please have my team back?

I posted in advance of the season like everybody else that I was back
I've been in the league for eight years, since it started, and I feel I've been very badly treated here.
In previous years if somebody missed their draft picks they were selected for them. It appears I was removed just before the draft begun. It appears this was Brinty creating a spot for one of his pals.
I've been in touch from.the moment I was removed from the league and before there was any new member given my place.

I'm hoping you will all back me on this. I'd like to thank all those who made it clear they were unhappy about this.

Hold on, I just had to read brintys message again. I thought EE was back in?? I was under the impression that this was all a misunderstanding and was rectified.
Didn’t speak up on this first time because I’m the most recent member of the league before this year and didn’t feel it was my place, but this doesn’t sit well with me. We all saw the message that was sent to the incorrect league, the guy at no stage said he wanted out.

I really enjoy this league and don’t want it to finish over something like this but I have to say it takes A bit the enjoyment out of it if you’re half wondering if you could get replaced before the draft if there was a mix up in communication.

Welcome back from Boards jail. You know my opinion on this issue. I fully want EE to have his team back and it is never too late to give it back to him (sorry Joe, this is not personal but you should never have taken over a team that did not want to be taken over)

So Doogs, Soongey and Masked Man have all said they are unhappy about my removal. If we could get two more that would mean a majority of owners in favour of me being given back my team.

I'd appreciate the support.

This is my post which stayed I was back.
As you can see I was moving house which took up a lot of my time, still is, but I made it clear I was back.

I then got banned from boards for apparently not following a moderators instruction. I still don't know what I did tbh.

Anyways it hurts not to be in this league with all the time I've invested in it over the years.
