    Hi all,

Would anyone have a diet plan they used themselves so know it works for losing body fat and building muscle?

its very difficult to do.to gain muscle you need more calories,to lose fat you need less calories.it can be done by juicing on a maintainance diet which i assume you wont do.

the best way is to train and eat healthy....over time body composition will occur due to partitioning of nutrients...meaning more of what you eat will be disposed in muscle tissue instead of fat.it takes years...also dont fall into the bulking and cutting crap.just eat slightly over maintainance if you want to gain muscle and then drop slightly when you need to drop bodyfat

Maintaining a proper and healthy diet can help you. Also training your body can help you grow your muscles. http://sickshape.com/zyzz-workout-plan/
