Irish Ferries - is it now ticket-less!

    Hi

    So im going on Irish Ferries to france very soon and all i have is a booking numbe,(ie no ticket) as its been over 15years since i went on a boat and as i cant find any info on there site i though i would ask here!

    what do i need for check in, i know a passport but do i need to print off any thing or is the passport all they need like when you fly now?

    It's like the planes these days. No actual ticket. I got the boat over last year and all I had was a reservation number.

    Just back - all you need is the reservation number. If you've got a cabin on deck 5 email them and get them to ove you up a deck. The noise from the car alarms and dogs can be a right pain.

    Res no can be on a fag packet, iphone or what ever - you get handed your boarding pass at the kiosk.

    btw GCDLawstudent did you find out your cabin deck No. whne you got to kiosk, as my booking info did not tell me any thing about the cabin aside from that i payed for one :D
