    Hi guys,

I have been reading your posts on boads for a while now and want to go through your shops to build my new av corner in my new house. I live quite close to one of your uk stores so shall be buying in that store.

I'm looking for a 40 inch + tv, more of a entry level tv I notice some on the website for less than £300 could you recommend one of them?

I'm a newbie to av receivers so any advice on them? I will need one that has 3 hdmi ports and a set of speakers. Again budget in low but I could up it if needed.

And lastly I'm looking for a music station, I normally play music off my iPhone via Bluetooth any hi fi's that could do that?

    Hi there.

    Thanks for the post.

Unfortunately some of the models that are listed on the UK website are labelled as "last few to clear". This means that they are last display models that can be ex display or ex repair and they are not available at all stores.

The models available would depend on which store is close to you. There is a list of which stores have that product when you click on "click here for availability".

The best value 42" that we would have at the moment is the LG 42CS460 which is £369.95. This is one of the latest 42" 1080p LCD models and is also 100Hz which improves motion compared to the 50Hz models. These are brand new and boxed.

On the A/V receiver front, we have an excellent deal on the Denon AVR1612 which is just £199.95. This has 4 HDMI inputs.

Alternatively, the Pioneer VSX521 is also available which is down to £179.95 and this also has 4 HDMI inputs but for my money, the Denon is a better receiver. The Denon is not available in the UK stores.

Your best option for a hifi system would be the Pioneer XHM20 which is down to £129.95 and you can get a bluetooth adaptor called the QED UPlay which is £59.95 which can be added to the hifi. This has ipod connection, cd player, DAB radio and sound amazing for the money.

You may be best to contact your local store to see if they have stock of these.

I hope this helps but if we can help with anything else, please let us know.

    Many thanks

    Dave
