Think you have missed it. I was looking at october flights in the sale about a month ago. Maybe they may have another sale. Just make sure you are on their mailing list and keep an eye here.

Was looking on their site for flights around that time, their normal prices are quite low anyway, I wouldn't think a sale would have made a huge difference.

Hell NO!!!! 600 for one person, return to Hamburg?! Absolutely rip off!

try expedia.ie or gohop.ie, you could probably get a really cheap fare if you don't mind a transfer.

Sorry thats for two people. My dates and times are not really flexible. I have to be in hamburg on the 13th by 13.50 for a wedding I have to leave from Dublin on the 13th too.

Germany is playing in a world cup Qualifier in Dublin on Friday 12th October so that flight on the morning of the 13th will be in gigantic unprecented demand from returning german fans and will only get dearer and dearer till it sells out completely with the last tickets going for silly money.

It's precisely because of people in your situation that flights that far into the future are priced at outrageous levels. The airlines know that a certain number of people will cave in for peace of mind and book at the high fare, it's part of the pricing model which is based on years of study.

Unfortunately because of the footie you'll probably have to bite the bullet, otherwise my advice would be to wait for the fare to come down which it should in normal circumstances by late August.
