Dongle wont connect to internet-help

    Hi i got a little netbook from the us on amazon-anyway i was under the impression i could stick the 02 dongle in the usb and away i go-unfortunately before allowing a connection to the net the following info is required

    what do i put in when it looks for the following


    NAME
    DEVICE NUMBER
    APN
    USER
