As far as I'm concerned, its up to your own perceived value of the ambassador titles. I still play my Gba and I download any of the Nes games when they become available so personally its not worth jack to me, except maybe the added advantage of having digital versions of the games on a single handheld(but then again, I could end up losing the 3DS and therefore lose any right to the games AND be even more out of pocket!).

Still if you do enjoy retro games, and its not an extortionate price and you havn't played them all or would enjoy playing such an amazing line-up of Nintendo's greatest moments (for the first time or again:p) then I'd say go for it! Again it's entirely up to your perception of their value though.

Sorry if I was no help at all:pac:

Hey no thanks for input mate, a used 3ds is 129 euro in GameStop while guys with ambassador consoles are looking for 170 or so just wondering are the games worth investing the extra cash in?

    No, they're not.

Well the NES titles will cost €5 each when released on the eShop, €5 x 10 = 50.
Plus whatever value you'd put on the GBA titles, maybe €8 each...x 10 = 80. (which aren't available yet)
but would depend totally on how much you value the Ambassador games you'd actually want i guess. :P

Can you still download the Ambassador games if you haven't already?

If you used the eShop before August 12th last year, they should appear in your purchased downloads.
If not, it's a bit more complicated...Nintendo allowed you to send them a copy of your receipt until September 30th (i believe...) to prove you purchase pre-August 12, and they'd add them for you.

Dunno if they'll still do it, but worth a shot asking really nicely. :pac:

Also: http://microsite.nintendo-europe.com/ambassador/ let's you check whether you're registered for it..think the receipt thing was originally up there but idk if it's still there. (probably not)

Are Ambassador titles tied to your SD card or to your 3DS account?

    They're tied to the 3ds.

Link another 3ds to the same account, it can't download the ambassador titles

Move the sd to another 3ds, you can use the card but you can't see the content that's tied to the original 3ds

If you perform a system transfer the games can be moved to another 3ds but they're removed from the original

So if someone was to transfer there games over to my 3DS. I won`t get any personal information, their activity log details or anything, sorry for all the questions?

They'd have to do a system transfer, so everything from their system would replace everything on yours.

You can only do so many transfers too, 5 is the limit.

Really? They really should stop releasing special editions and different sized consoles then. It's entrapment!
