Hi all, This is growing in my sisters garden i dont have a picture of the full plant, only a picture of the slip my mother took. Im stumped as to what it is so im just wondering if anyone knows what it is Thanks

I would say it's a philadelphus - not sure which variety. Do the flowers have a nice scent? If so, it prob is.
