Where did Scruffy Joe go?

    I saw yesterday that Scruffy Joe is no longer in Lower Abbetgate St. Good barber, great guy. Does anyone know if he is somewhere else?

    He used to be my barber for a long time. Really nice bloke, fantastic sense of humour. He even helped me through some awkward hair disasters. *Ahem... Like that time I dyed my hair black...

    I had to give up on him though because his shop was open so inconsistently. Would definitely go back to him if he was around.
