Hi, I have a part-time Summer job and just wondering if this affects my grant application for next year or not, and if so how?
    Thanks

What i did was declare it on the grant, write in the notes section it is a temporary summer position and it will be terminated at the end of august etc

For me they asked me to provide a p45 then in september to prove i finished up

I dont think it affected my grant as it was nowhere near enough money to push me up a to the next income bracket.

If you were a full time student last year €3809 of your own earnings should be disregarded. Anything over that will be counted as reckonable income.
