    Apart from the fact that yes it is allowed.

    The "9 euro" link is showing an ex vat price of €57.80 - €64.23 - when you add on the 23% VAT it's up to €79.00.

    Sites selling to businesses will normally be cheaper than to the consumer as they speculate that the business user will buy more products often - so it's a higher volume less margin approach.

    It was €9 euro when I put up the link, they changed it.
