I need advice about archos

    I want to get an ARCHOS 101 G9 but i have seen an Archos 80 Generation 9 8GB Media Tablet.

    can some one please tell me if there is much in the way of difference between the two machines?

    so basically just the screen? nothing else? why did they put up all the hype for a machine that was completely the same???:confused:

    Different PPI, different screen size, different storage. It's not "completely the same".

    Screen Size: 10.1 inches vs. 8 inches.

    Resolution: 1280x800 vs. 1024x768 (higher resolution due to bigger screen)

    PPI is pixels per inch (the number of pixels in every square inch of the screen). Not a huge difference, so you won't really notice it.

    Storage: According to that link above, the 80 has 16gb and the 101 has only 8gb (but I have an 80 with 8gb, so just check the specs when you're buying it).
