    Hi all,

I hope someone can help me out...
We have recently purchased a cottage style house and the extension part of it has a flat roof.

There is no water damage after many years and no damp caused, but i would like to get an angled foor on there to be sure.

Would anyone know how much this would cost?

Area to be covered is roughly 300-400 sq ft.

    Many thanks

Hard to say depending on slate or tiles , insulation, span of rafters etc can you put a rought sketch of sizes etc

Dont really have a scetch just yet, we are at sale agreed, so havent had a chance to get much measured etc.

Its quite an old house, 60's, based in Kilternan.

I have no preference on slate or tile, whichever is the cheapest to be honest.

It is a right angle extension which is wraped around a smaller cottage.
Insulation would be improtant however as there does not apprear to be any as is.

Even a rough estimate would be great so i know if I am being ripped off or not.

Also, if you know any reliable roofers who could do it, that would be great too.

    Many thanks

If this is to the side or front planning may be required

    Thanks Bryan.

I had thought about this also.

I think I will have to look into this also.
