Going to do a bit of fencing just wondering about some prices I've been quoted...are they reasonable?...does anyone know where I might do better

pressure creosoted king post €16.50 ea
pressure creosoted fence posts €5.50 ea

200m roll of high tensile barb wire €55.00 ea
100m roll of sheep wire €200 ea

hire of a tilting post driver €50 per day

all prices not including vat.....what do ye think?

Slightly O/T but I think you can reclaim VAT paid on fencing materials, right?

yeah..but presume you have to have a vat number to do that right?

and again presume its only worthwhile having a vat number if you have a decent turnover
