    Hi

I spun past there on way home last night ..... nice !

Reminds me of my childhood ( I grew up around the corner from RAF Northolt ) , that aircraft was once a Devon serving for 207 sq at Northolt.

Handled that beauty in Snn in my previous job. The skipper was an old school RAF and BA pilot - loads of tall stories!! I recognised his co-joes name and found he was a published RN pilot - wrote a book about flying the Lynx in Iraq. He even signed my copy:).

Skipper pulled 2 large pans out of the back and placed them under each engine. Gypsy's used to leak a lot of oil...

I asked him about the flaps being in the down position too. Anyone guess why?
