    I have since sourced some 455 brass, cut it down to the correct length and loaded it with black powder and a 230 grain bullet
    They chamber fine, and the cylinder revolves.
    I also have shot six primed, but no powder or bullet rounds to see if the main spring is strong enough to ignite the primers (it is)
    I'll be doing a high speed video of it actually shooting when I get back from holidays, that will be cool as the slug should come out at under 700fps and be able to be seen at 900fps video rate that my camera can do
