Hey, I have a parking underground which has gates. basically when I drive in gates close 30 seconds later, there are many kids running around always, I was wondering if some kid runs inside he's basically locked in, can I get in trouble for what may seem like "Locking him inside" ? or thats his own fault really? I am in Dublin 1, there are many of these types of kids that draw on walls, do crap, run around, climb fences etc..

This is not a Dublin City issue, and in the absense of a "Taking Children Prisoner in Underground Car Parks" forum - I'm locking this thread.
