M&S Autograph bed linen is very good quality, they have 400 thread count stuff which is great - but not cheap.

There's a linen shop in the Kildare Village outlet place that has gorgeous sets, can't remember the name of it though.

I did thank you and I wasn't suggesting you should have been a mind reader, just stating the fact that I'd already checked out BT's. Thank you again but I feel your subsequent rather aggressive response was unwarranted. Your advice and the time taken to respond initially is appreciated.

I've been keeping an eye on TK Maxx but it can be pot luck. Suggestion appreciated though :)

Ikea,Homestore & More,HomeFocus and also Dunnes Stores do lovely bed linnen sets.

Homestore & More and HomeFocus have their summer sales on at the moment with up to 50% off.

I can recommend both HomeFocus and Homestore & More,as I have bought bed linnen, duvet sets, cushions, pillows, curtain poles and custom made curtains from both shops and at a great price too.

    Very happy customer.:)

Will check out HomeFocus (that's Hickey's if I'm right) was planning a visit for custom made curtains. Homestore & More have some lovely stuff but all the comforters are all too small for a king size bed that has a very, very deep mattress so they look skimpy on it. Thanks for the suggestions again.

    Yep HomeFocus is Hickeys too.

I had them make me 2 sets of custom blackout curtains, from fabric samples that we picked out to suit the rooms, very pleased with them.:D

Also I have a king sized bed with a 10 inch deep memory foam mattress, and the matress protector and comforter/duvet set that I bought in Homestore & More fits perfectly too.:)

We had a really deep mattress on our King size bed and I found the Dunnes fitted sheets fitted it really well.
House of Fraser have fab bed linen, and they've a sale on at the moment :D

Also have a look at welovefurnishings.ie- my sister in law got some excellent quality sheets from there.

If you are interested in Dorma bedding this site is good. I like Dorma for the deep pan fitted sheets.

The carriage costs aren't the worst and there are incentives (free pillows etc etc) with some purchases.

    It's just a shame it's not Irish.
