I'm going to be travelling from Ennis to Dublin Heuston on the 13th of July, I have two connections at Limerick Colbert and Limerick Junction. My first train will be a commuter train (Arrow), this will be bringing me to Colbert and I'll be catching the express from Cork Kent at Limerick Junction. Out of Curiosity, does anyone know whether the train that will bring me from Colbert to the Junction will be another Commuter or a Dmu 22000 intercity train?
I really hope its a Dmu 22000 train because their a much nicer ride.

Most of the Limerick Junction/Limerick services are now 22k operated, but there are still some operated by 2800 sets.

Many of the morning services mean that you only change at Limerick, with a direct service Limerick-Heuston, typically bypassing Limerick Junction.

    06:45 Dep Ennis
    07:25 Arr Limerick (Colbert)
    07:30 Dep Limerick (Colbert)
    09:50 Arr Dublin Heuston

The arrow brand is gone a long time, it's unusual how it still features on the Irish Rail website
