Seen an ad on donedeal from a breaker selling a second hand Skunk 2 and a Spoon cat back exhaust. Any views on which is the better brand? Don't know anything else about them, just want to find out a few opinions on the brands before I go making the call :p

    Thanks :D

The are both premium Japanese brands, which is best depends on which model of exhaust they are, what car/engine they are being fitted to and what other mods you have. As they're second hand, their condition will be a factor too.

Also, there are a lot of replica's of both brands going around, so I'd be making sure they are genuine too.

As above, depends on the car etc, but if it's a Honda I wouldn't have either, and I'd be looking at Buddyclub instead.

well any car will be loud at 5 in the mornin...

maybe if the whole system isn't too wide & straight with a silencer in the b/b you should be alright... then remove the silencer when needs be ?

sure it won't be as loud or raspy as the other lads, but if you get less blue lights and complaints... who really has the better car ? :D

You could pick-up a catback powerflow system for reasonable money.

It would be new not too loud but no bragging rights.
