Shop around dublin to buy DDR2 Quad mobo?

    Hey, looking for a shop around dublin that would sell DDR2, Quad Core motherboard with at least 1 PCI-E port. Ideas?

    DDR3 is all the range now! :P

    Try PCWorld, or Maplin :D

    as i mentioned, try PCWorld or Maplin.. id say PCWorld would be a good bet, as they normally supply a decent range of HW

    If not, there are places online that you can get it from easily?

    Yeah but PC world in jervis sucks, it barely sells any parts. I heard there is a huge one somewhere on side of dublin?

    a Huge PCWorld.. ? there is one in blanch newly opened.

    oh, I was in one few years ago, it was quite big, like huge IKEA or something. It was quite far from city centre.

    hmm ok - cant really remember, all i know is, that the new PCWorld/Currys in Blanchardstown is pretty awesome, and full of stock!

    I was in one the other day. it was selling a €286 HD7770 I think it was. :rolleyes:

    try second hand adverts.ie or eBay. for the price of a new one you'll probably be able to buy a decent AMD rig and your ddr3 ram.
