Am in desperate need of finding a second level school in the Dublin area that teaches Classics as a subject for teaching experience for PgDip. Anyone know any?

St. Pauls Greenhills I think. I'm sure the likes of Belvedere/Blackrock/John Scottus will also teach it. I think theres less than 20 schools in Ireland that teach it.

Just found my old pgde folder and the following schools took dip students for Classics in 2010-2011

    Loreto Foxrock
    Marys Baldoyle
    St.Andrews College
    Terenure College
    St Louis Rathgar
    St. Pauls Greenhills

A friend's daughter studies it in John Scottus in Donnybrook. If you're finding it hard to get dip hours in it think about how hard it would be to get teaching hours for Classics. Was my favourite subject in college but knew it just wasn't practical as a teaching subject.:(
