With just over one week to go to the National RR Championships just wondering what peoples thoughts are on who will win - pity to hear Dan Martin has pulled out but hopefully we will see him start the Tour a week later. So who will earn the right to wear the national jersey for the next 12 months?

Sam Bennett seems to be hitting good form just now. If the course is hard enough though Roche should win, prob is everyone will be on his wheel.
Don't write of David McCann yet either...

Bennett is definitely my favourite in a sprint. Agree that Roche will be marked heavily.

What's the course like? Flat? Bumpy? Mountainous?

Even though the highest point is 66m, 1908m of climbing in 167km isn't flat by my standards!
