    will always stick with Accer when buing new laptop etc

    plug went on the laptop only suppose to get new plug if it was 6 months old or less it was nearly a year old sent the broken plug back wednesday recieved an all today. great service

    Maybe if their products didn't break so easily in the first place they wouldn't need such a good customer service. Always found the build quality pretty poor on Acers.
