Given that "customer service" threads are often somewhat negative, I thought I'd just share this for anyone considering these mail-order Ti bikes from Holland.

Got a Van Nic Yukon about six weeks ago. Took it several nice spins (Orwell Wheelers spin, Mick Byrne...). The front shifter (Ultegra) started acting the maggot and not behaving itself. Tried all the usual adjustments, greasings and so on to no effect. Mailed them in Holland, sent the shifter back, they sent me a new one. Game over. No mess, no fuss.

Its nice to read some positivity for a change!

I had a similar expierence with Evans a few years back, brand new Trek and after a few weeks the 105 shifter for front mech acted up so sent them back and got replacement Ultegra shifters, new cable set and new grip tape replaced within a few days.
