Is it your first time going there? Just depends what you want. Avoid the centre ( Dam Square) and surrounding areas. Red light district is worth a stroll but tacky! Be careful you'd get ripped off there very easily esp at night. Spui is an older area some good bars a few clubs. Rembrants Plien is a bit more lively but a few dodgy characters about. There are numerous clubs. Paradiso, Melkweg are good live venues as well. Really depends on what you want. It's one of the nicest cities in europe and it has an edgy side as well but you'll love it ! :cool:

im sure we will be smoking the devils lettuce during the day time but we wana go out and have a few drinks at night time hit a few good bars then to a night club.

how much is the beer costing over in Amsterdam ?

Its not much cheaper than home iirc but much tastier!

Also - if you're smoking some doobies, dont do what most do and go for a quick nap only to wake up 15 hours later as the gear is so strong!

Do any of our travel companies provide escorted tours/holidays in amsterdam.ive checked the travel department,but they dont do it.
