    Hey Guys and Gals,

I know my last thread was kinda serious but now for something more fun! I'm looking for ideas for a first date! I don't wanna do the usual coffee/drinks, cinema, meal out etc, I want something slightly off the wall! Something that we'll remember with fondness if things work out or will laugh about if things don't!!! Any ideas anyone???

There's a new mini-golf place out in Dundrum that could be good if you're from Dublin.

    Picnic!

Actually picnics aren't particularly unusual, but there is just something so lovely about the idea of having a picnic date.

Amusements or a festival or carnival or beach or a really nice walk (e.g. cliff walk bray to greystones) or a boat trip or some kayaking lessons.

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

My friend was recently brought on a complete surprise date. The guy wouldnt even hint to my friend where they were going... They spent the date at the Aquarium, then Musuem, then dinner and drinks... Apparently it was amazing. 2nd date then was a hike up a mountain cos they were both very outdoorsy people, and yet again I was told it was amazing! Something different seems to be the way to go
