    Hi,

I am loooking for an independant citroen mechanic.

Ideally in south dublin but anywhere in and around dublin should be good.

Havent had citroen before so i havent got a clue where to go:confused: Except the dealership.

I want to avoid dealership as long as the independant mechanic is sound and experienced and know what id does! I wouldnt want my car to be used as a project or trial and error:mad:

    Any help appreciated.

    Cheers,

Try Kevin Barry Motors in Limekiln Lane. He's a Citroen Authorised Repairer, not a sales dealer. I use him regularly and can't fault him. He may not be 'bargain basement' but I don't mind that for a first time fix.

It's north side but from experience he's good. Nice people to deal with too.

Went to Kevin Barry and they charged me 90 euro to investigate if it was timing belt or not.

I dont think it took them more than 15mins but still they charged me full hours labour.

Dont think will be going back to them :(
