Hi, I am in process of starting up my own transport/recovery business. Finding the correct information is not proving so easy.
I have my costings done but can't seem to find the correct information on regulation within the industry, or any at all for that matter. Is the industry regulated? Are there any certifications needed? Or is it a case that once the correct insurances are in place I can start working?

I am also trying to find out is there enough of a market out there, and will I see my investment back (not that excessive) in year one?

Any help and input appreicated
