Replacing my desktop with a laptop. Advice needed.

I'm looking to replace my 4gig ram, core2quad 8400 2.66ghz cpu, nvidia gtx 260 desktop with a laptop. As long as the laptop was comparable to this, I'd be happy. I'm sure it's easy to beat that cpu, but I'm pretty clueless in terms of laptop gfx.

Firstly, is it possible to have 2 hard drives in a laptop, an SSD+HDD? Adding an ssd to my desktop gave it a new lease of life. It'll be hard to go back to standard hdd's, so I'd prefer a minimum 128gig ssd I guess.
Budget: €1000-1250 (incl 3 yr warranty.)

Intended use: Music production, ableton live, some video editing with Adobe Premiere. I'll also be doing some sporadic gaming. Skyrim would be the most intensive, am willing to play at reduced settings. Blu-ray would be nice, but if it's pushing up the bidget, i'd be willing to sacrifice it.

Mobility: Don't care. It will be a desktop replacement. Would like a big screen, probably 17".

Warranty: I think I'd want at least 3 year warranty. I'm hoping this will cost less than 200 euro. I know there's loads of different kinds of warranty, but a long as my laptop gets free repairs/replacement, i'd be happy. If anyone knows a way to get a 5 year warranty with my other needs met, that'd be perfect!

What Operating System do you use? Win 7 (any kind).
