Problem with web access

    This may be a relatively straight-forward problem, but I cannot work out what's the problem. Essentially, when I log onto facebook or even boards, the page doesn't load properly. On FB, for example, I get the top of the page and the very bottom, but nothing in between... No posts, friend activity, nada...!!!On Boards, I don't get the drop down menu options at the top of the page.Also, on Youtube, all videos are just a blank black screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Flash player to no avail...I suspect one of the kids has deleted something important frmo the PC, but no confessions, needless to say!!!Any suggestions???
